Google Workspace for Business
Company-domain Gmail, Drive, Meet and Docs in any browser, with enforced 2-Step Verification and company-owned Shared drives.

What we usually find on site
Staff often work from personal Gmail and share files from personal Drive. When that person leaves or the account is hacked, the company has no way to get the data back. Years of quotations and customer lists disappear with one password.
Working in the same document
Google Workspace gives you company-domain Gmail, Drive and Shared drives, co-editable Docs/Sheets/Slides, Meet video meetings and Chat. It all runs in the browser with nothing to install, which suits offices with a mix of Windows, Mac, Chromebooks and phones.
Shared drives: files the company owns
Files in "My Drive" belong to whoever created them. Files in a Shared drive belong to the organization. This is the setting most companies get wrong at the start and only discover when someone leaves. We design Shared drives by department with clear permissions.
Security configuration
- 2-Step Verification enforced for everyone, with security keys for admins
- External sharing restricted
- SPF/DKIM/DMARC published
- Mobile device management switched on
Edition features (Business Starter, Standard, Plus, Enterprise) change over time, so we check with Google before recommending.
For schools
Eligible institutions may qualify for Google Workspace for Education. We help check eligibility and set up Classroom.
Still running on personal Gmail? Send us your headcount and we will plan the move to your company domain without losing mail.

FAQ
Can we use Microsoft Office alongside Google Workspace?
Yes. Drive opens and edits Office files. But if finance or engineering live in Excel macros, Microsoft 365 will cause fewer headaches.
Can personal Gmail data be moved in?
Yes, with migration tools and the account owner's consent. We move work mail and files only; personal content stays with its owner.
Does Google Workspace support Lao?
Lao text types and displays well in Gmail and Docs. Menu language depends on what Google supports at the time. For formal documents, standardize on a Lao font every machine has, so text does not render oddly.
