Business Email & Domain
Domains (.la, .com) registered in your company's name, and business email with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so mail reaches inboxes and cannot be spoofed.

What we usually find on site
A quotation from an @gmail.com address does not inspire confidence. Some companies own a domain but have half-finished DNS, so mail lands in customers' spam, or fraudsters spoof the company and send partners a "new" bank account. Another common one: the domain is registered to a former employee or the web shop that built the site, and it quietly expires.
Your domain is a company asset
We register or transfer domains (.la, .com.la, .com and others) into your company's name, never a contractor's or an employee's. We check the .la registration requirements and paperwork with you before we start, then record expiry dates and send a reminder 60 days ahead.
Choose an email platform
| Option | Best for |
|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online | Outlook- and Office-centric organizations |
| Google Workspace | Browser-first teams |
| Hosting email (cPanel/IMAP) | A handful of mailboxes on a tight budget |
Our view: cheap hosting email is fine for 3–5 mailboxes. Beyond that, or if payments are ever arranged by email, use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for MFA and much better phishing filtering.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require every sender to have SPF or DKIM, and bulk senders to have SPF, DKIM and DMARC. We publish:
- SPF: which servers may send for your domain (don't forget the ERP, the scanner or the website that sends mail)
- DKIM: a digital signature on every message
- DMARC: what receivers should do when checks fail
Then we move DMARC from p=none to quarantine and reject in stages, reading the reports every week. Jump straight to reject and the invoices from your accounting system may start bouncing.
Send us your domain name and we will check SPF, DKIM and DMARC and tell you what is missing.
What it does
Domain in your name
The company owns the domain and holds the admin credentials.
Correct DNS
MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, autodiscover and website records.
Anti-spoofing
DMARC reject stops others sending mail as your company.
Standard signatures
Consistent Lao/Thai/English signatures company-wide.
Renewal reminders
No domain or SSL certificate expires unnoticed.
Design and rollout
- 1
Audit the current domain: who owns it, which registrar, who has the password.
- 2
Register or transfer the domain into the company's name.
- 3
Select the email platform and create mailboxes.
- 4
Publish DNS and start DMARC at p=none with reporting.
- 5
Move DMARC to quarantine/reject once every legitimate sender passes.
Where it fits
- New companies wanting @company email from day one.
- Import-export firms hit by spoofed payment-fraud emails.
- Hotels whose booking confirmations land in guests' spam.
- Organizations whose domain is held by an ex-employee or former contractor.

FAQ
Should we use .la or .com?
.la says Lao company; .com says international. Many organizations register both, use one as primary and redirect the other, so nobody else can grab it.
Why does our email go to spam?
Usually missing SPF/DKIM/DMARC, a blacklisted server IP or spam-like content. We read the headers of a message that landed in spam and fix the actual cause.
If we change email provider, do our addresses change?
No. Addresses belong to your domain, not the provider; only DNS changes and the data moves. That is exactly why the domain must be yours.
