Microsoft 365 for Business
Licensed Exchange email, Teams, OneDrive and Office, with MFA, Intune and Defender switched on from day one, not after the first breach.

What we usually find on site
Free email, unlicensed Office and contracts sent over personal WhatsApp: we see it in a lot of companies. Company data lives in personal accounts with no MFA, and customer history walks out the door when someone resigns. Some have bought Microsoft 365 and never turned MFA on.
What Microsoft 365 gives you
Exchange Online (company-domain email), Teams (chat and meetings), OneDrive/SharePoint (file storage and sharing) and Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Site engineers open drawings on their phones; finance edits the same Excel file together instead of emailing versions around.
Match plans to real work
Business plans cap at 300 users; above that you are on Enterprise plans. Not everyone needs the same plan. Drivers and site staff who only use email and Teams on a phone can go on a light plan; management and finance handling sensitive data should have Intune and Defender. A mix like this usually costs less than one plan for all. Microsoft changes plans and pricing often, so we check before every proposal.
Secure from day one
Tenant defaults are not enough. We:
- Enforce MFA on every account, admins included
- Configure Conditional Access where the plan supports it
- Publish SPF/DKIM/DMARC so mail lands in inboxes and cannot be spoofed
- Enable Defender for Office 365 where licensed and enrol devices in Intune
We also recommend a separate backup of Microsoft 365 data.
Tell us your headcount and how each group works, and we will propose the right plan mix.
What it does
Company-domain email
Mailboxes from 50GB with shared calendars and contacts.
Teams chat & meetings
Moves work conversations out of personal chat apps into a company-controlled space.
OneDrive & SharePoint
Departmental file storage with real-time co-authoring.
MFA & Conditional Access
A leaked password alone gets nobody in; access from unmanaged devices is restricted.
Intune device management
Enforce policy and disk encryption, and wipe company data from lost devices.
Migration
Migrate mail from IMAP, cPanel, Google or legacy Exchange.

FAQ
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
If your team depends on advanced Excel, macros, Outlook, or already runs Windows and Active Directory, Microsoft 365 is usually the better fit. Browser-first teams may be happier on Google. Read our comparison guide before deciding.
Where is our data stored?
In Microsoft data centers in the geography tied to the country chosen when the tenant is created. That is hard to change later, so we confirm it with you first.
Will we lose old email during migration?
No. We copy existing mail before switching MX and run a final sync afterwards, lowering DNS TTLs beforehand so the change takes effect quickly.
