IT Asset Management
An IT asset register that keeps itself current: devices, licences, warranties and lifecycle, with patching and remote management.

What we usually find on site
Ask how many computers the company owns, at which branch and with whom, and the answer is usually a spreadsheet last touched a year ago. Laptops sent to site never come back, antivirus licences lapse unnoticed, and unpatched machines become the way ransomware gets in.
A register nobody has to type
Agents on computers and network scans collect hardware, software, serial numbers and users automatically. Switches, access points and printers are discovered over SNMP. Laptops out at site report back whenever they have internet.
Tracked across the device's life
| Stage | What we track |
|---|---|
| Procure | Supplier, date, invoice, warranty |
| Operate | Holder, department, location, installed software |
| Maintain | Repair history, patch status, disk health |
| Retire | Secure data wipe with evidence recorded |
Worth knowing: hardware bought in Thailand often carries a manufacturer warranty valid only in Thailand. Our register records where each device has to go for warranty repair.
Tooling
We fit tools to your environment: Microsoft Intune for Microsoft 365 organizations, open-source tools such as GLPI or Snipe-IT for the asset register, and Zabbix for device health. Reports export cleanly for finance and the annual stock count.
Tell us roughly how many devices and branches you have, and we will recommend tooling and plan the first audit.
What it does
Auto-discovery
Agents and network scans fill the register without manual entry.
Licence tracking
See licence usage and renewal dates.
Warranty alerts
Plan refreshes before warranties lapse, and know which country honours each one.
Remote patching
Patch Windows and applications company-wide, with a list of machines still behind.
QR/barcode tags
Tag assets and count them with a phone.
Secure disposal
Data wiping to a recognised standard such as NIST 800-88, with evidence kept.
Design and rollout
- 1
Define asset classes, required fields and owners.
- 2
Deploy the asset platform and endpoint agents.
- 3
Scan the network and import historical purchase data.
- 4
Apply QR tags and run the first desk-by-desk count.
- 5
Set patch policies, alerts and monthly reports.
Where it fits
- Multi-site companies that need to know where every computer is.
- Government bodies with annual asset reporting.
- Schools with computer labs and tablet fleets.
- Banks that must show auditors every device is patched and protected.

FAQ
Do we need an agent on every device?
Recommended for computers to capture software and patch data, especially laptops that leave the office. Switches and printers are scanned agentlessly.
Can it integrate with our accounting system?
Most platforms export CSV/Excel or connect by API, depending on your accounting system.
Where is the data stored?
On an on-premises server or in the cloud, whichever your policy prefers.
