AI Staff Training
Hands-on workshops in Lao, Thai or English: safe everyday use of AI, writing prompts, checking the output and rules for data.

What we usually find on site
Many staff already use online AI, sometimes pasting in contracts, customer data or payroll without thinking. Others will not touch it, or believe everything it says. Both are a problem, and a rule written in a policy document alone does not change how people work.
Hands-on, not a lecture
Every session uses examples from the participants' real work (with nothing confidential): drafting letters, summarising reports, draft translations, answering customer questions. Participants try it themselves, compare results and hunt for mistakes in what the AI wrote.
What we teach
- Clear prompts: state the role, the information, the format you want and what to avoid
- Checking output: AI can be confidently wrong and invent numbers or names. Practise checking against the original every time
- Data rules: what may go into online AI and what must stay on internal systems only, following your organisation's own policy
- Lao language: where AI writes Lao well and where you will need to fix it yourself
- AI images and video: always labelled, never a substitute for real photos
Courses by group
Managers need to know which work AI suits and what the risks are. Office staff need ways to use it day to day. IT teams need to know how to look after an internal system. We split the course by group and teach in the language your team uses.
This training sits well alongside security awareness training, because phishing emails written with AI read more and more like the real thing. If you already have a private document assistant, the course uses it as the example.
What it does
Hands-on practice
Participants practise on examples from real work with nothing confidential in them.
Taught in three languages
Lao, Thai or English, whichever your team actually works in.
Spotting mistakes
Exercises where the AI answer is deliberately wrong and participants must catch it.
Data rules people remember
A one-page summary of what may and may not go into online AI, based on your own policy.
Separate tracks by role
Managers, office staff and IT each learn what they will actually use.
Material to keep
Example prompts and an output checklist in Lao to use at work.

FAQ
Do participants need an IT background?
No. If they can use email and Word, they can follow it. Only the administrator track is meant for IT staff.
Can it be taught in Lao?
Yes. We teach in Lao, Thai or English, and the take-away material is in Lao. Mixed teams can be taught in two languages.
Will you use our data in class?
Only examples with nothing confidential, or with names and numbers changed. Practice on online AI in class never uses your organisation's real data.
After the course, can staff rely on AI without checking?
No. The main point of the course is the opposite: AI drafts, a person checks and takes responsibility. Anything affecting money, contracts or people must be checked against the original.
