AI Speech-to-Text & Meeting Notes

Transcribe meetings and recordings in Lao, Thai or English on your own server, then draft minutes for the secretary to check and approve.

AI Speech-to-Text & Meeting Notes

What we usually find on site

Meeting secretaries often spend hours replaying recordings to write minutes, especially when people switch between Lao, Thai and English. Internal meetings usually contain things that should not be uploaded to an online service. And without searchable minutes, old decisions disappear with people's memory.

From recording to draft minutes

You record with a microphone in the meeting room or upload an audio file to the internal server. A speech-recognition model turns it into time-stamped text, then a language model drafts the minutes: topics, decisions, assigned actions and deadlines. The secretary checks, edits and approves before anything is sent. Every sentence in the draft links back to the original audio.

Good audio matters more than the system

What we see most often is a phone microphone at the end of the table, a loud air conditioner and people talking over each other. Transcription does poorly in those conditions whatever the system. We recommend a proper conference microphone placed for the room, which helps more than any software change.

Lao: measure it first

Lao transcription quality varies a lot with accent, speaking speed, specialist terms and language switching. So we test on 20–50 of your real meeting clips and show the transcript beside the audio, mistakes included. Your own terms (project names, people's names, abbreviations) can be added to a vocabulary list.

Data stays inside

Audio and text are stored on your server, access follows user accounts, and you decide after how many days the original audio is deleted. See testing before you buy, and AI server setup and care.

Lao, Thai and English

Three languages, including mixed-language sentences, measured on your own audio first.

Your own vocabulary list

Add people's names, project names and abbreviations your organisation uses.

Search old minutes

Approved minutes can be searched by topic, date or person responsible.

Audio retention you control

You set how many days original audio is kept before it is deleted automatically.

FAQ

How good is Lao transcription?

It depends heavily on your audio: accents, background noise, overlapping speech and specialist terms. We do not quote a number in advance. We test on your real meeting audio and let you compare the text with the recording yourself.

Can it tell who is speaking?

To a degree, when people speak one at a time and the audio is clear. When voices overlap, both speaker separation and transcription get worse. The secretary should always check speaker names in the draft.

Does it work with online meetings?

Yes, if the meeting is recorded and the file is uploaded to the internal server. Always tell participants before recording, following your organisation's own policy.

Can AI-drafted minutes be used as the official record?

No. It is a draft. The person responsible for the minutes must check, correct and approve it first. The system records who approved it and when.
