现场常见问题
On big plants and sites, announcements and evacuation orders still go out by radio or one phone call at a time: slow, and people get missed. The old speakers distort so badly nobody can follow them, and there are no zones, so calling one forklift driver means paging the entire plant.

Most projects we do end up hybrid: IP for control and zoning, 100V for outdoor horn speakers.
Designed to be heard
Rule of thumb: announcements should sit about 10 dB above background noise. In a plant where machinery runs at 85 dB, that means enough horn speakers placed close enough, not one big speaker turned up to maximum. We measure actual noise, calculate speaker count and placement, and specify IP-rated, rain- and dust-proof speakers for outdoor and mine areas. Long outdoor speaker runs also need lightning protection.
Emergency paging
Linked to the fire alarm panel, the system mutes music and broadcasts evacuation messages to the affected zones automatically. Where the project calls for a certified voice-alarm system (e.g. EN 54-16), we specify compliant equipment to that specification.

常见问题
Can we reuse existing speaker cabling?
If it is a 100V system in decent condition, often yes. We measure impedance and test for earth faults first, because rat-chewed or water-damaged cable is common in older buildings.
Can PA replace a fire alarm?
No. PA adds announcements; detection and alarm must come from a dedicated fire alarm system.
Can we page from a mobile phone?
Yes, with IP PA connected by SIP to the IP-PBX, using a softphone that has paging rights.
